Shipping policy

We ship Fijian kava Australia-wide. We don't ship to the Northern Territory.

Processing: Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of payment.

Delivery: Orders up to 3kg are sent with Australia Post. Standard (Parcel Post) 3–7 business days; Express (Express Post) 1–3 business days. Larger orders are sent by courier, 3–7 business days. Times are estimates and may be longer for regional and remote areas.

Shipping costs: Flat rates anywhere in Australia, based on order weight. From $12.05 Standard and $15.55 Express. Orders 3–6.5kg: $25 flat. Orders 6.5–10kg: $35 flat. For orders over 10kg, please contact us for a quote. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
